2009 Pyrenees Shiraz

Gabriel Horvat 009 Pyrenees Shiraz is a medium to fuller bodied wine of depth, elegance & complexity.  The 2009 shiraz is nicely balanced, powerfully structured & will gain extra complexity with further bottle age. Enjoy great wine with great food.

2010 Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

This deliciously soft shiraz/cab has a rich palate of raspberry, blackberry and mixed spices. This wine was produced completely by hand-made methods and was not fined or filtered. It is perfectly balanced for your drinking pleasure and presented in a carbon reduced bottle. 

2010 Sauvignon Blanc

This dry style of sauvignon Blanc shows complex flinty aromas of stone fruits and pineapple. The palate is full of gooseberry, grapefruit/lime and pineapple flavours folded into a minerally structure. This wine was produced completely by hand made methods and was not fined or filtered, thus a small amount of natural fluffy sediment has remained in this carbon reduced bottle.
